4.5 Exterior Lighting

Exterior lighting shall be restricted to low intensity landscape lighting.  No exterior lighting shall be installed or maintained in such a way as to cause discomfort to adjacent neighbors.

Application Contents.  All applications shall include the following information:

a.  Site plan showing the relation of the lighting to the house, property lines and adjacent neighbors.

b.  Picture, sketch and/or detailed drawing of the lighting equipment to include all dimensions and height of fixture(s) above ground.

c.  State wattage of bulb(s) to be used.

d.  Estimated start date and estimated completion date in terms of days after start date, not to exceed 90 days.
