4.4 Exterior Decorative Objects

Approval will be required for all exterior natural and manmade objects other than temporary holiday decorations.  Exterior decorative objects may include such representative items as bird baths, wagon wheels, sculptures, fountains, tables, chairs, pools, stumps, driftwood piles, rock ornaments, free-standing poles of all types and items attached to approved structures.

Holiday decorations shall be removed within 30 days of the conclusion of the observed holiday.

Application Contents.  All applications shall include the following information:

a.  Site plan showing the relation of object to the house, property lines and adjacent neighbors.

b.  Picture and/or detailed drawing of object to include dimensions.

c.  Color and material of object.

d.  Estimated start date and estimated completion date in terms of days after start, not to exceed 90 days.
