No junk vehicles, recreational vehicles, house trailers, or commercial industrial vehicles, such as, but not limited to, moving vans, trucks, tractors, trailers, vans, wreckers, hearses, buses, boats, boating equipment, travel trailers, or camping equipment shall be regularly or habitually parked on any streets, common ground or individual properties within the subdivision.

A junk vehicle is defined as a vehicle with expired license plates, inspection stickers or county decals or is obviously disabled.
