4.15 Firewood

Firewood shall be kept neatly stacked and stored in rear yard locations. Firewood stacked in unfenced rear yards shall be located against the house or existing privacy fence. Piles larger than two cords require ARB approval. Firewood shall be neatly stacked so as to not create a safety hazard. Firewood piles must contain firewood only, (no storage of debris). Location should be in such a manner as to minimize visual impact. In certain cases, screening may be required.

Approval by the ARB is necessary if a variance is required from the restrictions described above.
