No exterior antenna or satellite dish for transmission or reception of radio or television signals shall be erected or permitted on any building or Lot or other parcel of the properties without prior written approval of the ARB.

Application Contents.  All applications shall include the following information:

a.  Site plan showing the relationship of the antenna or satellite dish to the house, property line and adjacent neighbors.

b.  Picture and/or detailed drawing of the antenna or satellite dish to include dimensions and materials used.

c.  Estimated start date and estimated completion date in terms of days after start, not to exceed 90 days.
