3.9 Swimming Pools

Townhouse lots are too small for compatible development of a swimming pool; therefore, only temporary, portable children's wading pools of less than 6' in diameter are allowed. All wading pools shall be used within the boundaries of the homeowner's property to the rear of the house or within a totally fenced in area. Wading pools shall not be used on common property.
