Pursuant to the Property Owners Act of 1989, upon request by a prospective purchaser of a Southern Oaks townhouse (through the owner), the Association is required to furnish a Disclosure Statement providing information with regard to the Association and the townhouse to be sold, including but not limited to, the current status of assessments and the existence of any architectural violations with regard to the Lot in question.
