The ARB will conduct an annual evaluation to determine if the guidelines need to be amended.  It is anticipated that any changes would be primarily additive and would not involve substantive changes of the existing guidelines.  The actual amendment procedure involves discussion and review with the Board of Directors and shall be adopted as were the original guidelines by the Board of Directors.
